Although snug, I tried the dress on again today (these are the photos I took the very first day). I loved it, I had this overwhelming sense that 'this is the one' and bought the dress. One of the managers was assisting me toay in the dress and confirmed looking at the hem that it could be let out 2 inches which then it would fit perfectly. I am sooo excited! They wait to do the alterations until about 8weeks before the wedding. She says some ladies gain/lose fluctuate before the wedding and its too harsh on the dress to keep altering. Minus the zipper issues, I felt even better in it today than I did the first day. Lady helping me yanked the zipper off track as she was trying to 'carefully' zip me, zipper can be replaced when they alter. The dress is absolutely beautiful, I am so excited! Total costs including alterations still under $400. yippee! XOXO

This is the keeper! I bought the 'sale dress' from Sarasota Brides...
OK- I realize my digi cam/video has seen better days... so here are some snapshots for a clearer view of the dress.

Sarasota Brides (bridal shop) video sale dress
OK- Here's video of another dress found at Sarasota Brides bridal shop. I decided to go/google more boutiques in the area after I realized that David's lied to me about the 'sample dress' being the ONLY one left & thats why I should put the deposit on it. Well, guess what- it was in ABQ and I was able to try it on when Liz tried some bridesmaid's dresses. That's a whole other blog haha.
ANYWAY- please keep a few things in mind- this dress was originally $1078. It is now discontinued and on sasle for $299- GREAT DEAL!! I am going to google the designer- its an ANJ (Joli) designer. I forgot to write it down to be sure that it's not the very 'last one again' Grrr.
However in my lack of going to the gym lately it is super tight. Just barely able to zip it up, seamstress said she could alter it add about an inch to the seam through the hips if needed. OR add a tie up back. Diet & strict gym plan starts today! Anyway, I love the beading/detail and I felt really pretty in it, minus the fact that it was too tight... all the more reason to stick to the work out routine right?! I think if I lose 5-10lbs & tone up a bit this dress would be perfect! I was sneaking in a video... so let me know what you think, try to look in the reflection of the mirror too for different angles etc. XOXO

Dress #2 video (flower dress)
This dress is very simple, definitely lighter in material, still very pretty, but I think dress #1 has more of an elegance to it with the bead work etc. XO Tracey
Video of Dress #1
I think this is my favorite dress so far. I've narrowed it down to this one, and the flower one. XO Tracey
